#Endsars Demonstration in Frankfurt

Impressions from yesterday’s demonstration against police brutality in Nigeria. Security, stability and prosperity cannot be achieved by police special forces but rather by investments in education, healthcare and infrastructure. #endsars concerns us all and is more than just the fight against police violence. It’s about freedom, democracy and social justice. I expect our Federal Government to condemn police violence in Nigeria and channel German development aid towards strengthening democracy and rule of law in Nigeria. A big thank you to the Nigerian community in Frankfurt for organizing this march in our city. We stand with y’all Nigerians.
